Bipolar
A build up of stress caused my Bipolar to happen in January 2012. It sadly meant I had to leave the Railway and cut short a 5 year period of working for CrossCountry Trains. I was given help by Eip in Southampton City Centre, United Kingdom. They are also called Southern Health and really built me up to where I am today from January 2012. I may go back to the railway 1 day in my life but only when I am off my medication. Since May 2013 I have been working again at Asda Southampton West End for 6 years now.
