Cheese on toast with pickled onions
Wednesday 5th February 2020 saw me make cheese on toast for lunch with pickled onions. Method and recipe is below.
You will a halogen oven with a high stand or grill as well as a block cheese of your choice or prepacked cheese slices, Worcester sauce, a jar of pickled onions and bread crusts. ( The crusts give you a better crunch and taste with the cheese rather then the normal slices of bread in a standard loaf)

Step 1. Open the cheese if the block is not already open or open the cheese slices.

Step 2. Add the crusts of bread to your halogen oven stand or grill as illustrated to your right with then adding the cheese on top. Add the worcester sauce to the cheese and grill for 5 minutes.

Step 3. Once the cheese has melted, turn off the halogen oven or grill and select a dinner plate from the cupboard for your dish and carefully add the cheese on toast with a side order of pickled onions.

Step 4. Finally enjoy eating this dish!
